A few ways to stick the wall mounted ones up, - Glue gun (no Nails), never tried it on these (and ain’t gonna) but the advert says its pretty strong, Keyhole plates work ok, or, the ones below are designed with the outer two pegs loose, and hide a couple of long screws, as well as a single keyhole plate in the centre.
